After spending years working closely with families as a nanny, I experienced firsthand many of the challenges that exist within the childcare industry. I saw caregivers struggling with inconsistent payroll practices, unclear expectations, and limited professional support, while families were often left managing hiring, scheduling, payments, and employment responsibilities on their own.

What was meant to make life easier for families often created additional stress behind the scenes.

Over time, it became clear that childcare deserved the same level of structure, professionalism, and support found in other established industries.

That realization inspired the creation of Nestly: a modern approach to in-home childcare.
